Delivery Policy

At The Bloomerie, we work hard to make flower delivery feel smooth, thoughtful, and reliable. Whether you are sending a bouquet for a birthday, a sympathy arrangement, or a recurring floral gift, our goal is to help your order arrive fresh and beautifully presented. Delivery Areas

We offer flower delivery in Vancouver and surrounding service areas based on availability, route scheduling, and product type. Delivery availability may vary depending on the bouquet, the season, and the destination.

If you are placing flowers for time-sensitive occasions such as hospital flowers in Kitsilano or sympathy arrangements, we recommend ordering as early as possible so our team can prepare your order with care.

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for select items, but this depends on product availability, delivery capacity, and the time your order is placed.

Orders submitted later in the day, during weekends, or on peak floral holidays may be scheduled for the next available delivery window. During busy periods, including Valentine’s Day and other major occasions, we strongly recommend ordering early through our Valentine’s Day flowers Vancouver collection or other seasonal product pages.

Delivery Timing

We do our best to deliver within the requested date range, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. Traffic, weather, building access, recipient availability, and holiday demand can all affect timing.

For residential deliveries, flowers may be left in a safe location when appropriate. For apartment buildings, offices, hospitals, funeral homes, or other secured locations, delivery may depend on front desk acceptance, building access, or recipient confirmation.

Recipient Availability

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including:

  • Recipient full name
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Unit, buzzer, or suite information when needed
  • Any helpful delivery instructions

If the recipient is unavailable or the address information is incomplete, delivery may be delayed or require follow-up. To avoid issues, please double-check your information before completing checkout.

Substitutions

Because flowers are seasonal and fresh products can vary daily, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. When this happens, we will always aim to maintain the overall look, value, colour palette, and style of the arrangement you selected.

This allows us to keep arrangements fresh and beautiful while still reflecting the spirit of the original design.

Special Occasion and Subscription Deliveries

For weddings, events, corporate floral work, or recurring floral service, delivery timing and setup details may be arranged separately based on your order. Customers interested in ongoing flower service can view our subscriptions page for more information.

For larger custom floral orders, advance planning is recommended to help ensure product availability and scheduling.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, inaccessible premises, or unavailable recipients, our team may contact you to arrange the next step. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery in some cases.
